Its main objectives include strengthening and advancing scientific research, supporting scientific publishing activities, promoting internal and external scientific cooperation, developing academic staff through training and research sabbaticals, fostering outstanding intellectual output, and enhancing researchers\u2019 capabilities to keep pace with scientific developments.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Vision<\/span><\/h2><p>The vision of the Scientific Affairs Department at the Iraqi University is to achieve scientific excellence and leadership in the field of scientific research and intellectual output, while keeping pace with the latest developments in science and technology.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Message<\/span><\/h2><p>To provide a supportive research environment by creating a stimulating and appropriate academic and research atmosphere for researchers and faculty members at the university, while supporting scientific output.
