3. Continuing to promote decentralization in decision-making to enhance effective participation in institutional management, in alignment with strengthening the educational strategy.

Standard Two – Governance and Administration
1. Activating cybersecurity technologies to ensure the protection and confidentiality of information data.
2. Strengthening cooperation and partnerships with reputable local and international institutions.
3. Moving toward financial sustainability by increasing support for applied research that meets the needs of the labor market.
