The President of the University, who is responsible for the overall administration of the University and for making final executive decisions across all its colleges and academic units.
The Office is responsible for documenting the minutes of the College Councils, preparing formal endorsements of their recommendations and resolutions, obtaining the approval of the University President, and forwarding the approved decisions to the relevant departments within the University.
