The Iraqi University comprises three centres whose tasks range from research and e-learning to conducting training and courses, as well as publishing international journals and organising conferences and seminars.
Centre for Development and Continuing Education
It is an educational and training institution that prioritises raising the scientific level and performance of university staff to serve and develop the scientific community by holding training courses at the centre. It is considered a natural extension of the educational process in universities, which together form an integrated system through which employees are trained to improve their performance and raise their efficiency.
Electronic Computer Centre
Comprehensive preparation of all resources to achieve self-sufficiency in the creation and management of modern information systems. It undertakes basic tasks in supporting all departments, divisions and units at the university with expertise in the field of computers, from installation and maintenance to training all university staff, in addition to practical training in computer curricula for first and second stage college students. The centre has laboratories equipped with the latest computers and installed with the latest systems and applications.
Centre for Islamic Research and Studies
Its objective is to conduct focused and intensive research and work on providing solutions and proposals for the problems studied in general.
