Professional Training Program in Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers

An intensive training program for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, delivered through a comprehensive curriculum that develops core language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

The program features a comprehensive curriculum that covers all aspects of language learning, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, ensuring dynamic student engagement with the course content. Through a stimulating learning environment and guided instruction, we help students build a strong foundation in Arabic, enabling them to use the language effectively in their daily lives as well as in academic and professional settings.

We are committed to delivering a unique and enjoyable learning experience through interactive activities, diverse workshops, and cultural tours that introduce participants to the richness of Arab culture. The program also includes regular assessments to monitor students’ progress and provides recognized certificates upon successful completion of the program.

Objectives of the Program:

  1. Enhance students’ Arabic language skills across all core linguistic areas.

  2. Prepare students to use the Arabic language effectively in their future academic and professional fields.

  3. Introduce students to Arab and Islamic culture through carefully selected course materials and orientation tours both within and beyond the university campus.

Duration of the Program:

(3) months (12 weeks), with intensive sessions designed to cover the required curriculum.

Participant Capacity / Total Number of Participants:

The number of participants ranges from 10 to 30 students. The final number will be determined through direct agreement between the Iraqi university and international universities, with the possibility of dividing participants into multiple groups based on the total number of students in each group and their level of Arabic language comprehension.

The interactive classrooms provide participating students in the Colleges of Arts and Islamic Sciences, as well as the Center for Development and Continuing Education, with the opportunity to engage with students from the university’s humanities departments and gain a rich educational experience.
